An opportunity has arisen for a Trust Administrator to join the Tax & Trusts Team in our well-regarded Private Client department based in our Torquay office.
We are therefore seeking a motivated, client focused individual who is looking for a new and challenging opportunity and has a broad range of experience of dealing with trusts and tax issues on behalf of clients gained from either a legal or accountancy background.
To undertake fee earning work as a Trust Administrator in the Private Client department, with specific responsibility for the management and administration of trusts, overseeing the distribution of assets within those trusts according to the wishes of the individuals who created them and dealing with personal tax issues on behalf of clients.
To provide a profitable contribution to the work of the Private Client department, as a whole.
The Trust Administrator is expected to use a high degree of self-management and initiative whilst delivering outstanding client service and seeking to protect their clients’ interests at all times while taking precautions against potential fraud and money laundering.
