About

Rhoda joined Kitsons in March 2014 after a short break from her career, which was spent backpacking around Australia and New Zealand, for four months. Rhoda originally joined  the Plymouth office, as part of the Personal Injury Department and then worked as a Trainee Solicitor in our commercial property and litigation departments, in the Torquay office.

As a solicitor in the litigation department, Rhoda specialises in claims relating to landlord and tenant matters for both commercial and residential properties, including Section 8 and Section 21 notices and proceedings and commercial property forfeiture matters. Rhoda also handles claims in connection with adverse possession, boundary disputes, trespass and nuisance. 

Rhoda understands that instructing solicitors can be an emotional strain and endeavours to make the process as swift, transparent and stress fee as possible. Rhoda has been praised by clients for being easy to contact and using clear language when providing advice.

During Rhoda’s spare time she enjoys running around after her young Irish Water Spaniel, socialising with friends and running, although she admits to being a fair-weather runner.
