About Tony

Tony is a Partner in our Family Law department based in Plymouth. He specialises in divorce, private law Children Act proceedings, ancillary relief applications and cohabitee disputes.

Tony trained with Gill Akaster in Plymouth before qualifying into their family team in 1996.  He then joined Whiteford Crocker in 1998 and worked with them as a Partner until 2002.  Before joining Kitsons, Tony worked for 8 years as a Partner at Plymouth based firm Wolferstans.

He is a member of the Law Society’s Family Law Accreditation Scheme, accredited by Resolution as a specialist in financial matters and private Children Act proceedings and a trained Mediator and Collaborative Lawyer.

A regular leader in his field under Chambers UK and this year a Band 1 Member.
