About Rosie

Rosie works closely with Jayme Nicholson, acting for employers and employees and providing HR support to a number of businesses.

She specialises in:

  • Acting on behalf of employers and employees in relation to a variety of Employment Tribunal claims
  • Advising on Settlement Agreements
  • Advises employers on issues including under-performance, grievance and disciplinary matters, employees’ breach of covenants and confidentiality provisions
  • Assisting the Kitsons’ Corporate Support Team with business acquisitions and disposals

In her spare time Rosie enjoys various sports, including horse riding, cycling and competitive running.  Prior to studying law Rosie ran an equestrian business and still competes in British Show Jumping competitions on the national circuit.

Rates and thresholds for employers 2022 to 2023

The rates of National Minimum and National Living Wage will be:

23 and over:                £9.50

21 to 22:                      £9.18

18 to 20:                      £6.83

Under 18:                    £4.81

Apprentice:                  £4.81

The daily accommodation offset rate will be £8.70 (with the weekly accommodation offset rate being £60.90)
