Natalia is a Trainee Licensed Conveyancer and Qualified Solicitor in Russia, working in our Torquay Office with responsibility for both Commercial and Residential Conveyancing.
She deals with a broad range of property matters and has particular expertise in assisting her clients to build a property portfolio and buying residential properties in the company name.
Prior to moving to UK in 2005, Natalia lived in Saint-Petersburg, Russia where she received her Masters degree in International Law (Saint-Petersburg State University).
Natalia has worked at the Russian Land Registry Department as an In-House Solicitor, dealing with registration of the Land, residential and commercial properties. She was then offered a position as a Lieutenant of North West Custom an Excise where she was responsible for confiscating illegal cargos, preparing documents for the court and executing court verdicts.
When Natalia moved to UK, she had completed her Graduate Diploma in Law in 2011, Legal Practice Course in 2012 (University of Plymouth) and the CLC course in May 2018 (Manchester College. Natalia is due to qualify as Licensed Conveyancer in February 2019.
Away from work, Natalia enjoys bodyboarding in Cornwall with her family and exploring different countries with different cultures and cuisine.
