What you have said about working with Katy...

Katy Sandel offered a stress free, professional service for which we are very grateful.

I just wanted to say thank you. Concessions are not an easy thing to get your head around, however, you did it with ease. It was important that this was handled in a professional manner in order to not disrupt any ongoing relationship we have with DCC and, in my opinion, we have achieved this. It was fast and efficient and I am sure we wouldn’t have done half as well with anyone else. So on behalf of my family and the company, thank you.

Katy Sandel is very relaxed and human to deal with, and very patient – also effective. She most skilfully communicates with the opposition without rancour, so getting their cooperation.
