About Carolyn

Carolyn has worked within the legal sector since 1976 and has been involved in family law for over 20 years.

In 2003, Carolyn took time out to study for a law degree, and completed her Post Graduate Diploma in Law at De Montfort University in 2006, and qualified as a Solicitor in 2010. She joined the Family team at Kitsons in January 2013 representing clients in all aspects of family law including separation, divorce and children and financial disputes.

In addition, Carolyn offers advises in relation to cohabitation agreements, pre-martial and post marital agreements, separation agreements and  cohabitation disputes regarding property and children.

Carolyn is an experienced advocate in all areas in which she practices, and is regarded as friendly and approachable, and good at putting people at ease.

Carolyn is a Member of Resolution, which operates a Code of Practice requiring members to act in a constructive and non-confrontation way to avoid unnecessary conflict.

When she is not working, Carolyn enjoys socialising with family and friends, watching rugby, travel and music.
