Our new Partners and Associates will play a critical role in the future success of the Firm

Leading law firm Kitsons LLP Solicitors has made a number of key promotions at the start of its new financial year.

Three Solicitors and two Legal Executives from across the Plymouth, Exeter and Torquay branches will officially adopt their new roles from 1st May 2019.
Marjorie Creek will become a partner in the Private Client Team and will continue to grow her team in Plymouth. Marjorie has had incredible success developing a niche service advising and representing clients in cases of communication difficulties and with complex care needs.

Natalie Carey will become a partner in the Commercial Property Team in Exeter. Working with Cameron Caverhill she will continue to develop the strong reputation that the Property Team has in Exeter.

Jenna Hamilton-Pursglove will be our first CILEX partner, heading up the Residential Property Team in Exeter. She has built a successful team and real presence in a highly competitive market in the city.

Two lawyers in Kitsons’ top ranking Private Client and Residential Property teams in Torquay are promoted to Associates. Residential property lawyer  Kay Faulkner, who compliments Sally Groom’s promotion last year as Associate and recognises the work they have both done to develop that team.

Sally continues in the role of Team Leader, with Kay as her Deputy. And Rebecca Farley, who is promoted as Associate in the Tax and Trusts team in Torquay. Rebecca joined us to conclude her training and now plays an important role in the unified development of the Tax and Trusts Team.

Commenting on the promotions, Kitsons’ Joint Managing Partner Nicholas Johnson, said: “Natalie, Marjorie, Jenna, Kay and Rebecca have each made a significant contribution to the Firm and thoroughly deserve their promotions, they are in recognition of and testament to their hard work.

Kitsons now has 20 partners and employs more than 117 staff across its three offices in Plymouth, Exeter, and Torquay.
