Child arrangements during Coronavirus

Many parents are naturally concerned with regard to child arrangements and how this might be impacted by restrictions on travel due to coronavirus.

The government has today issued guidance which is that children under the age of 18 can travel between parents for the purposes of child arrangements. This guidance may change if further restrictions on movement and travel are announced.  Please check the government website for the latest guidance.

You should bear in mind that if anyone in your household is unwell or has symptoms of coronavirus, you should comply with the government guidance on self-isolation and should not travel. This may impact on your child arrangements, but is necessary to preserve the health of yourself and others.

If you are unsure about any aspect of your case please contact a member of our family team and we will be happy to assist.
