External HR - Services

We can provide a combination of the following services:

  • HR Audit of your current contracts, handbooks and policies.

  • Updating contracts, handbooks, HR policies and induction information.

  • Developing appraisal processes and delivering training to managers and staff to ensure they are effective.

  • Ad hoc advice about employment issues such as sickness absence, discipline, performance management, redundancy consultations, TUPE consultations and grievances.

  • Supporting companies in developing and maintaining staff consultation groups, and providing appropriate training to representatives.

We provide a personal service to all our clients and deliver advice in the way that is most appropriate for each individual client. That may be by email, telephone or face to face – we work with you to work in a way that suits you. This may be via ad hoc, pay as you go services, or through a monthly retainer, or regular monthly attendance for a fixed fee.
