Hardwick HR - About Us

Hardwick HR was a well known consultancy in Plymouth that joined forces with Kitsons Solicitors LLP in 2014 in order to expand the services we can offer to clients in a seamless way.

Our service supports companies and organisations who require assistance with day to day and operational HR issues, as well as providing strategic support to Boards and Business Owners. We also support organisations who would like specialist support for unusual situations, consultations, transfers of staff, the need for an objective investigation, or temporary additional help for HR projects & policy development.

As part of Kitsons Solicitors LLP and together with other trusted professionals who can support the HR processes, we can provide a full range of expertise in HR and employment practice including recruitment, documentation, and tribunal work  – ‘recruitment, retention, retirement, and everything in between.’

Carolyn Giles:

Carolyn has over 20 years experience in the field of Human Resources, Training, and Employment Relations.  She became a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development in 2008. 

Alongside her day job she is Chair of a local charity, a school governor of a secondary school and is a Director of Devon Chamber of Commerce. These various positions give alternative views of organisations from an accountable perspective and an overview of various types of business and employment practices across commerce, public service, social enterprise and charities.
