We offer a number of services to our clients and examples of the work we have done most recently include:

  • The merging of two SME organisations, with TUPE consultation and simultaneous reorganisation processes taking place. This included TUPE related documentation being drafted, face to face consultation with staff and updating job descriptions and related documentation.

  • Providing Senior HR support to Social Enterprises who have operational HR in place, but require senior experience and mentoring for the managers and HR team members. This involves specific advice on complex absence issues, disciplinary situations, and reorganisations.

  • Updating significant policies in a public sector body to support the HR team member and advising the Senior Leadership Team on specific complex employment cases.

  • Supporting a small SME with out of the ordinary HR issues in order to ensure correct processes are followed.

  • Undertaking Due Diligence for a GP practice in order to advise partners on a potential merger.

  • We have updated the contract, handbook and HR policies for a group of GP practices who wanted to have consistent and up to date HR procedures.
