Kitsons Solicitors - Careers

We are different. But then you’ve heard that before! So it’s up to us to prove it.

In order to maintain our exacting standards in service delivery and achieve new levels of quality and enterprise through strategic growth, we are constantly seeking to recruit the very best candidates to join our talented team of fee earners and support staff.

Our Investor in People accreditation demonstrates our ongoing commitment to the training and development of our people.

We offer excellent career prospects, competitive salaries and benefits in return for the commitment and dedication that our employees contribute to the firm.

We maintain an ‘open door’ recruitment policy and will consider applications from high calibre lawyers and support staff, even when we are not actively recruiting.

We hope to give you a brief flavour of life at Kitsons and if you like what you read and believe that you share our vision and values, then we would love to hear from you.

Career Development Opportunities

We pride ourselves in providing fulfilling careers for all our staff and are committed to supporting individuals who want to pursue professional qualifications which will enable them to become specialists in their chosen field, both in legal disciplines and different areas of business support.  We are currently supporting a number of employees who are undertaking legal training to become Solicitors, Chartered Legal Executives and Licensed Conveyancers, as well as members of our business support teams who are studying for the AAT qualification or apprenticeships in business administration and IT.

All employees are valued equally, regardless of their position within the firm, so our professional training programme was designed to be inclusive and to provide all our people with opportunities for professional and personal development at an appropriate level and pace in an open and supportive environment.

Benefits & Remuneration

As with most employers, we offer a competitive benefits and remuneration package but we are always looking for new and enhanced ways to reward our employees and ensure that we retain the best people who are committed to delivering a first-class service to our clients.
