Leading Devon law firm Kitsons has been praised in the South West chapter of the latest edition of Chambers UK – the legal sector’s industry ‘Bible’.
Highlights include Kitsons’ Licensing team achieving ‘Top Tier’ status, whilst the Private Client team that handles complex tax, trusts, wills, estate planning and contentious probate matters, has entered the rankings for the first time.
The firm has also retained rankings for its Employment, Litigation, Corporate and Real Estate teams.
Overall, eight lawyers have been named as ‘Leading Individuals’ with partners James Cross and Rhodri Davey achieving Band 1. New ‘Leading Lawyer’ rankings for 2015 include: David Campbell (Associate to Watch) – Licensing, and Lucie Biddick (Star Associate) – Employment.

Partner and Head of Employment, Rhodri Davey received a top-tier personal ranking with his Employment Team achieving Band 2 overall. The team frequently advises on complex employment litigation claims, and cases concerning employment status in the construction and security industries and has strong ties with education and leisure and tourism clients across the South West and nationally.
