At Kitsons, we know that business doesn’t always get done in the office and the benefits of team work. This is why we attend and create unique events for all of our staff to be a part of.
We support local clubs, such as Torquay United Ladies Football Club to the Exeter Chiefs. We’ve even scaled Ben Nevis together in aid of Diabetes UK, driven to Spain for St Luke’s Hospice and cycled across Exeter for Hospiscare South West.
Being a part of Kitsons is more than just work; it’s a friendly, supportive environment.
On Saturday 14th July 2018, staff at Devon law firm Kitsons took to the hills and successfully completed the Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge in aid of the British Heart Foundation and in memory of their friend and colleague, Mark Batten.
Three teams of walkers and one team of runners completed the 24 mile challenge in the soaring summer sun; which involved climbs and descents totalling 2,153 metres across Pen-y-ghent, Whernside and Ingleborough in Yorkshire.
On Saturday 7th July 2018, more than 1,500 ladies aged eight and over completed their choice of five or ten mile night walks in aid of Rowcroft Hospice, pledging to raise an amazing £101,705.
Rowcroft provide comfort, support and specialist services to patient’s and family member – be it at home, in the local community or at their inpatient unit in Torquay.
It’s always a pleasure to be a part of this great local charity and Kitsons are delighted to be the headline sponsor. All the funds raised go directly towards helping local families living with life-limiting illnesses make the most of every day they have together, sharing precious moments and making unforgettable memories.
You exceeded my expectations, I found Kitsons very polite and friendly and approachable.
