Career Development Opportunities

We pride ourselves in providing fulfilling careers for all our staff and are committed to supporting individuals who want to pursue professional qualifications which will enable them to become specialists in their chosen field, both in legal disciplines and different areas of business support.  We are currently supporting a number of employees who are undertaking legal training to become Solicitors, Chartered Legal Executives and Licensed Conveyancers, as well as members of our business support teams who are studying for the AAT qualification or apprenticeships in business administration and IT.

All employees are valued equally, regardless of their position within the firm, so our professional training programme was designed to be inclusive and to provide all our people with opportunities for professional and personal development at an appropriate level and pace in an open and supportive environment.
