Legal jargon can often be intimidating and confusing. Wherever possible we try to make everything as clear as we can. Invariably there will be terms that are used throughout the legal profession that you may be unfamiliar with. Below is an explanation of some of the phrases and words you may come across. If in doubt, however, always ask a member of staff for clarity.
