Experienced Barrister Joins Licensing and Regulatory Team at Kitsons

Kitsons are delighted to announce that their licensing and regulatory team have been strengthened by the addition of a Barrister, David Campbell.  David has practised since 1992 in London and throughout the South West, he joins Kitsons following a period of three and a half years with the Devon and Cornwall Constabulary Legal Department. 

Experienced as defence Counsel for 15 years before joining the Police, there he gained valuable expertise as a legal adviser  and advocate on behalf of the Chief Constable.   

His breadth of  knowledge  in dealing with licensing and other regulatory/ prosecutorial authorities is a welcome addition to the well respected team led by Rob Newman. 

David has lectured to and conducted training for a wide variety of organisations both here and in Northern Ireland and will be continuing to do so with Kitsons. 

Both commercial and private clients will have the opportunity to save money avoiding the need to pay 'twice' should they wish for assistance from a Barrister but importantly his specialised knowledge and tactical expertise will only enhance the quality of service Kitsons will be able to provide.
