Jonathan Dickson

Jonathan is a Private Client solicitor based at the firm's Torquay office and specialises in Trust & Estate administration, elderly client affairs to include Lasting Powers of Attorney and Deputyship applications. He has particular expertise in tax planning with an emphasis on the mitigation of Inheritance Tax and Capital Gains Tax through the use of Trusts and other arrangements.
Jonathan completed his law degree at Swansea University and his legal practice course at Exeter University. He is local to Torbay and since qualification has worked at solicitors in Paignton and Exeter.
Jonathan is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
