Associate

Jane is an Associate Solicitor  within the Property Department.  Jane has lived in Newton Abbot all her life and therefore has extensive knowledge of  South Devon.  She specialises in all aspects of residential conveyancing including sales and purchases of Freehold and Leasehold property, Transfer of Equity in relation to gifts and matrimonial matters. Also mortgages and remortgages ,  both residential and Buy to Let.  She also deals with Shared Ownership purchases together with shared ownership rights of staircasing  (purchase of additional shares in property).
