Conveyancer

As a Licensed Conveyancer, primarily, Jo's expertise lies with residential conveyancing: particularly sales, purchases, mortgages and transfers of freehold and leasehold property, with both registered and unregistered land.  

She also has a large amount of experience in site setup work and plot sales for developers in respect of new build properties.  For example, Jo has acted for firms incorporating part of the Galliford Try group, as well as local well established firms and some smaller individual local developers.
