Probate Manager

Stephen is a Probate Manager in the Tax Trust and Probate team. He specialises in private client probate and Trust work, including Enduring Powers of Attorney, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Receivership and Tax, Wills and Inheritance Planning. Stephen regularly gives talks to NHS Trusts, Dementia and Alzheimers Societies, South Devon Carers Consortium, general Care in the Community and other relevant groups to assist with the education in care of the community issues and the protection of assets from the State. Stephen is a member of the Institute of Legal Executives (ILEX).
