Probate Manager

Gemma is a Probate Manager in the Wills, Trust and Probate team.

Gemma is an Associate of the Institute of Legal Executives (A.Inst.L.Ex) in our Private Client department based in Torquay, but also covers the Exeter area as she resides in Honiton.

She deals with a broad range of cases in all areas of the administration of probate and estates. In addition to dealing with administration of estates, she deals with Will drafting and the preparation and registration of Lasting Powers of Attorneys (LPA's).
