Solicitor

Jayme read Law at the University of Exeter and completed her LPC at the Bristol Institute of Legal Practice.  She qualified into the Employment team in September 2010 having trained with Kitsons in its Torquay and Exeter offices.  

Jayme predominantly acts for employers, but also provides advice to senior employees.  Jayme provides HR support to a number of businesses including in the following areas:

• Redundancy and restructuring
• Disciplinary and Grievance issues
• TUPE
• Drafting of Contracts, Policies and Procedures
• Drafting of and advising on Compromise Agreements 

Jayme has assisted on cases before the Employment Tribunal, Employment Appeals Tribunal and the Court of Appeal.
