Charlie Siegle - Solicitor

Charlie is a Solicitor in our Private Client department based in Torquay, with specific responsibility for advising on disputes or problems involving wills, probate and estates. He deals with a broad range of cases ranging from will validity claims, Inheritance Act claims and executors’ disputes to estoppel claims and trust disputes. He covers all our offices across Devon.

Since joining Kitsons in September 2010 he has also gained experience in Will drafting, Probate and Lasting Powers of Attorney.

Charlie trained with Stephens Scown Solicitors in Exeter before qualifying into their Litigation team in 2006. He then handled a broad range of litigation cases, but specialised in disputed wills and estates and cohabitation disputes.

He completed the ACTAPS Diploma (Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists) in 2010, a two year course run by the College of Law specifically aimed at lawyers working in the area of probate disputes. He is now an Associate Member of ACTAPS.

Charlie lives in Torbay with his wife and daughter.
