Dominic is a Partner and head of the corporate team with particular expertise in the sale and purchase of companies and businesses, equity investment, management buy-outs, company reorganisations for exit and succession and corporate governance issues.

He also advises on a wide range of commercial agreements including terms and conditions for the sale and supply of goods and/or services, franchising, distribution, joint ventures, partnerships, LLPs, and e-commerce in a wide-range of sectors.
