Cameron is a Partner and head of our Commercial Property Team in Exeter.  He deals with the full range of commercial property transactions and has particular expertise in property development and leases.  He has over 24 years experience as a commercial property lawyer.  Cameron has worked in Exeter for 17 years at Michelmores and was a Partner there from 1998.

Cameron has an extensive network of contacts in the South West and uses his network to make introductions to clients.  His local and sector knowledge enable him to provide an unrivalled service to his clients and to get the deal done within the required timescale.

Cameron deals with conditional contracts, property joint ventures, overage, funding and security documentation, investment acquisitions, options, site assembly; as well as advising business on the assignment and disposal of both freehold and leasehold properties.

In conjunction with other specialist advisors, Cameron advises on planning, environmental law and property tax matters.
