Senior Partner

Senior Partner, specialising in all commercial and licensing matters and representing many significant clients in the leisure and licensed trade throughout the South West, Richard joined Hutchings and Plum in 1972 following his grandfather and father. He became partner in 1974 and later chairman in 2004.

Richard, his father and grandfather between them have practiced in Torquay since 1899 without a break or interruption.
