After years of experience acting for both claimants and defendant company's and individuals on diverse matter ranging from contested estates, commercial contracts, sale of goods act to boundary disputes to name some of the diverse areas of law, Rebecca was well placed to move move seamlessly into advising Claimants on claims against Professionals who have been negligent.
Rebecca's extensive property litigation experience means that she also undertakes property litigation particularly in the field of Landlord and Tenant acting for both Landlord and tenant clients. Rebecca's expertise includes advising clients in the following type of matters: termination of residential Assured Shorthold tenancies by section 21 and section 8 notices, tenancy deposit schemes, Court procedure in both accelerated and normal possession claims, and the removal of squatters, boundary disputes, obtaining and defending claims for damages and/or injunctions for enforcement of breach of covenant.
