Partner & Head of Insolvency

Emma is Partner and Head of Insolvency. She specialises in all aspects of corporate and personal insolvency with particular emphasis on antecedent transaction litigation and contentious work. Emma is a member of the Association of Business Recovery Professionals, Insolvency Lawyers Association and the Institute of Credit Management. She sits as a Deputy District Judge on the Western Circuit.

Emma is rated in Chambers Guide to the Legal Profession as being "incredibly thorough" and is recommended for "treating her clients with the attention they expect." Peers note her "switched-on and pragmatic" qualities with envy.
