Legal Assistant

Amanda is a Legal Assistant in the Corporate team dealing with Due Diligence aspects of business acquisition and sales, meeting with clients to collate necessary information and continual liaison throughout the transaction up to completion including attending completion meetings.

She specialises in formation of new companies for clients, taking instructions and applying for the company, whether off the shelf or bespoke, preparing necessary Companies House forms and Resolutions required for filing, writing up the new company's statutory books.
