Associate

Matthew is an associate solicitor in the Commercial Property team. After graduation from Birmingham University, he trained and qualified with West Midlands leading law firm, Wragge & Co, before moving to Devon in 2005. He regularly advises on a wide range of transactional property matters including conditional land contracts, options, overage agreements, site assembly, infrastructure agreements and Stamp Duty Land Tax. Matthew also specialises in leases of commercial premises and business transfers.
