We are members of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers, a not-for-profit organisation, which exists to fight for the rights of injured people.
Membership of APIL is granted to legal practitioners whose practice is predominantly for the benefit of the injured and victims of the negligence of others. Every APIL member signs up to and abides by a code of conduct which provides a framework for personal injury lawyers.
The APIL code of conduct provides a framework for personal injury lawyers to deal effectively and professionally with every case. This charter is designed to reassure injured people that their welfare is the lawyer's over-riding concern and that their case will be dealt with sympathetically and professionally at all times.
